Request account deletion

Start a request

Email operations@aqx.llc with the subject “Thesis account deletion request.” We will respond with a secure identity-verification step before acting on the request.

Do not send your password, one-time code, brokerage credentials, account number, holdings, or other financial details by email. This page has no form and does not collect or transmit information itself.

What happens next

1. We verify that the requester controls the Thesis account.
2. We explain the deletion scope, timing, and any required retention.
3. We process the request through the authenticated account-deletion service and confirm completion or any lawful retention.

Deleting a Thesis account does not cancel an app-store subscription. If you have one, manage it through the relevant app store before or alongside your deletion request.

Important release condition

This page is an external request path. It does not replace the in-app, authenticated deletion flow required for a store submission. Do not submit Thesis until that flow, its retention behavior, and the support procedure have passed the account-deletion release checks.
